Dan believes relationships are the key and has developed many life long relationships with homeowners, business owners, builders and developers. Dan believes education is a major ingredient in being of service to his clients. Dan is a past Dean of Faculty for the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors® and past State Education Chairman for the Nevada Association of Realtors®.
Dan has assisted families to find the “perfect property” to support their growing and changing lifestyles. He has also helped companies such as Warren Buffet’s, R.C. Willey, Furniture Company with their land acquisition. As an investor in Las Vegas real estate himself, he enjoys working with families and investors, as well as business owners.
His wife of 28 years, Debbie Huber, owns Huber Appraisal Inc. http://huberappraisal.com. Her team of appraisers has been offering high quality appraisals to the Las Vegas community for over 19 years. She is a past president of the Nevada Appraisal Commission and the Las Vegas chapter of the Appraisal Institute. She also is extremely active in providing expert witness services to the legal community.
